Using yesterday's closing price, the stock market, as measured by the S&P 500, has declined by 42% since the recent September peak, 52% since the 2007 peak, and 52% since the peak in 2000. Our Long Term Reversal Factors are now slightly positive and our Short Term Reversal Factors remain positive. This combination allows us to increase our Ideal Market Exposure to between 45-60%.
